AgriTechNZ members KPMG New Zealand and the University of Waikato have partnered to deliver a new Food and Fibre Insights Course.
The six week course is part time and targeted at working professionals who are seeking to expand their knowledge of topics at the forefront of the agri-food systems in New Zealand and around the world.
The course has a focus on three key themes:
1. The impact of science and technology
2. Trade and regulation
3. The evolution of circular food systems
The course will deliver leading insight collated from experts across New Zealand and the world, covering one topic per week including, future of food and nutrition, supply chain and logistics, bio-innovation, water and oceans, safety and provenance, and consumers.
Course structure includes a combination of independent learning and an online learning platform, in addition to a weekly virtual discussion sessions.
