How can we leverage technology to increase food production yield, improve food quality, reduce food waste, and promote sustainability in the Agri-food value chain?
The Agri-Food Tech Expo Asia (AFTEA, 26 – 28 October 2022), is an event where technology is the focus, spanning from upstream farming to food processing downstream.
This event will showcase innovations in modern agriculture, from vertical farming, greenhouse solutions, aquaculture, livestock technology, food preparation and bio-based packaging to other emerging technologies such as automation and robotics, artificial intelligence, IoT, smart sensors, drones, and big data. The potential of using these technologies is huge. In fact, the growing adoption of agriculture technologies has the potential to add up to US$65 billion to the ASEAN economy by 2025.
The exhibition aims to attract visitors from the Agri-food ecosystem – from farmers and food manufacturers looking for latest solutions, to wholesalers, retailers, food establishments, research institutes, consultancy think-tanks and tech investors.
