What is a mentor, how can they support your career journey and are you one (without even realising it)?
Building on last year’s sold-out panel and networking event, AgriTech New Zealand and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) are excited to host another ‘Women in Agri’ event at Fieldays this year.
Last year a fantastic panel of women shared their career experiences with imposter syndrome and overcoming challenges in the workforce. This year, we are pleased to welcome another open and frank discussion at Fieldays on the role of mentors and how we can support other women in the industry.
You could be looking for a mentor, have the skills to be a great mentor or are mentoring others right now – let’s explore what that looks like with a diverse panel of wāhine and opportunity for Q and A.
Following the panel discussion, we encourage you to stay, network, drink and eat – meet someone you don’t know and share your mentoring ideas.
