Emergent Leaders for Change is a 3-day intensive professional development programme designed to support early-career professionals (1-3 years) to step into their potential as sustainability leaders.
This programme builds on Untouched World Foundation’s 20 years of experience developing young sustainability leaders and brings that same transformative learning approach to early-career professionals wanting to grow their capability to contribute meaningfully through their work.
Participants will:
- Deepen their understanding of what effective sustainability leadership looks like in practice.
- Explore their values, strengths, and areas for growth to build self-awareness and authenticity.
- Develop tools to think systemically and identify where they can influence within their role or organisation.
- Learn strategies for collaboration, communication, and cultural responsiveness.
- Build a peer network of like-minded professionals who share a commitment to positive change.
- Leave with a clearer sense of direction and practical next steps to continue growing their leadership capability.
