Damian is a Client Director with Lockton and has over 20 years’ experience negotiating and placing liability programmes for large and complex clients, including global companies. In recent years he has focused on technology and cyber liability and provides advice to agricultural, food and fibre sector and tech clients on all areas of risk.  He has a strong technical knowledge of liability policy coverage, regularly undertakes contract reviews and leads market placements, negotiations and claims management. Damian has held senior leadership positions in both a broking and underwriting capacity so is ideally positioned to provide insights from different perspectives.


  • Marks & Spencer (M&S) were victims of a Cyber attached which wiped over 1 Billion dollars wiped off their value. It disrupted their online sales, in store payments and supply changes with significant financial and reputational fallout.
