The Kellogg Rural Leadership Programme, one of New Zealand’s most respected leadership pathways, is accepting applications across the primary industries. With a track record spanning more than four decades, Kellogg has been developing the leaders who shape our food and fibre sector since 1979.
The Kellogg Programme is a structured, practical leadership development experience designed for people who are passionate about driving change, whether that’s in farming, forestry, fisheries, horticulture, or agribusiness. Each cohort is diverse, bringing together leaders from in front of and behind the farm gate to build a richer, cross-sector understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing New Zealand’s primary industries.
